A little disappointed with the returns service
I was so sad because my handbags were not the same color as my order. I filled out the return form on the website, but what surprised me was the $15 restocking fee. Huh, that's expensive. Not only that, I also had to wait two days for the return label. The process was quite long, making my patience run out. But finally, my handbags came well, even though I had to wait a bit longer.
